What vehicle brands do your leaf springs fit?+
We supply leaf springs for European heavy trucks including Volvo, Scania, Mercedes-Benz and MAN; Japanese commercial vehicles including Isuzu, Hino, Mitsubishi and Nissan; Chinese trucks including HOWO, Shacman and FAW; trailer axles including BPW, FUWA and SAF; and BYD electric trucks. Fitment is confirmed by OEM number, drawings or samples.
What materials and custom options do you offer?+
We work with high-fatigue spring steels including SUP9/SUP9A, 60Si2Mn and 55CrMn, with 51CrV4 options according to the product specification. OEM/ODM production is available from your drawings, OEM numbers or samples, with optional laser logo engraving.
What is your minimum order quantity?+
Flexible ordering is available: typically 30–100 sets for standard stock trial orders, and 1–5 tons for custom bulk orders. The final MOQ is confirmed for your exact specification.
What are your lead times and payment terms?+
Typical production takes 15–25 days. Standard payment terms are 30% T/T deposit and 70% balance before loading. Photos or videos of finished goods and loading are provided before the balance payment.
How do you protect springs against corrosion?+
E-coating or electrostatic spraying is available for durable surface protection. For ocean freight, anti-rust oil, plastic wrapping and steel-bundled or palletized packaging can be arranged on request.
How is quality checked before shipment?+
Factory inspection includes hardness testing, dimensional checks and load/camber testing before packaging. Our manufacturing base uses CNC forming, automated heat treatment, stress shot peening and fatigue testing to control production quality.
Can you supply individual leaves and mounting hardware?+
Yes. We offer complete spring assemblies, individual main and sub leaves, and matching high-strength U-bolts, bushings, center bolts and clips.
